Skiing escape at Parnassos Ski Center

Have you ever trying skiing? If, yes you know the process, if not it’s time to do so. Parnassos Mountain is an extremely popular and knockout destination with the largest and most organized ski centers in Greece. It is composed of Kelaria, Fterolakkas and Gerontovrahos sites, at an altitude of 1600 to 2300 meters, and operates for the visitors between December to early May. Although various people never used to connect “ski” to “Greece”, however, for many years now Parnassos mountain promises a memorable extreme sport experience for all visitors around the world.

The ski center is composed of a cabin, 13 lifts (6 aerial), 18 tracks with total length of 1640 m. to 2260 m. but also excellent ski and winter sport facilities. There are 11 blue tracks (easy), 7 red tracks (medium difficulty) and 3 mini tracks with a baby lift for the beginners. The adrenaline lovers will also be satisfied here with several off-piste “black” tracks of deep snow. The ski center also offers a heliport, a parking, a cafe bar, a restaurant, first aid, roadside assistance, school ski, snowboard rental shops and ski selling items too. The beautiful and breathtaking area of Parnassos but also its magnificent mountainous atmosphere, make Parnassos ski center one of the most beautiful winter destinations around Greece.
