Apollo Temple – Spiritual Energy at the Navel of Earth

Delphi is a breathtaking ancient Greek city under the most important oracle site of the ancient world. According to the myth, when Zeus allowed two eagles to fly towards two different directions (one western and the other eastern), the birds were met in Delphi oracle site. This is why Delphi is known as the “navel of the earth” by being worshiped to Apollo the God. From then on, the region became a cultural and historical symbol of Hellenic unity where various fields flourished including music, sculpture and writing.

A really interesting circumstance that will attract you by the very first moment here is the fact that since antiquity, humans chose to build the temples of the worshiped gods in special places that were emitting large quantities of discrete energy. The energy that was coming, was highly noticeable by the humans’ inner worlds, offering them feelings of joy, meditation, reflection or contact with the divine and the ultimate mental or physical healing. A spiritual and a powerful feeling will surround you by your arrival at the temple of Apollo. The Doric temple Ruins of the 4th century, within which the sanctuary oracle was built, will awake your most hidden spiritual energy.
