The ZERITIS GROUP

The ZERITIS GROUP was founded in 1980, by Panos Zeritis. The Group owns and operates five Paper Mills and one Consulting Organization. The companies are:


THRACE PAPER MILL S.A is presently one of the biggest private companies in Thrace (Northern-East Greece). The sales and distribution network of the company covers Greece and exports to 65 countries and also markets products of the sister companies and other prod fast moving consumer goods.

PISZKEI PAPER MILL S.A manufactures Tissue and Fine Papers in Hungary. The company started its operation during 1925 and since then is successfully present in the Hungarian paper market. The company is also exporting to 30 countries fine papers and specialties production is also important part of its activity.

ST. ANDRE PAPER MILL S.A positioned in Budapest begun operating in 1936 manufacturing   Envelopes and Specialties and by the end of 1993 was privatized and transferred by 100% to Panos Zeritis.

PYRAMIDS PAPER MILL S.A was established in Egypt in 1984 and manufactures tissue paper. Leading exports include Jumbo Rolls which are supplied to local and international converters and the Flora brand provides tissue products to a wide market. The company exports to Kenya, Ethiopia, Senegal, Kuwait, Malta, Jordan, Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Greece and many other countries.

E. BELOVO PAPER MILL S.A in Tissue papers in Bulgaria. The company started its operation in 1900 with one small paper machine in the town of Belovo. By the end of 1997 through an International Tender the 58% of the share capital was transferred to THRACE PAPER MILL S.A. and later to PABOLUX S.A. and PADILUX S.A. who are presently controlling the 68,07% of the share capital belonging to ZERITIS GROUP.

BUDAFOK RECYCLING S.A. has started its operation in 1997 in Hungary and is specialized in waste paper recycling. ZERITIS GROUP acquired majority stake in the company on 2000.BUDAFOK RECYCLING S.A.

Zagori: Villages hidden behind mountains
