Congrats, Spyros
The head of the Press and Communications Office of the Greek Embassy in London, Press Counsellor Spyros Diamantis, was elected Vice-President of the Diplomatic Press Attachés’ Association of London (DPAAL) for 2011-12, together with Jennifer Quinn, Head of Communications, Political Affairs and Public Diplomacy Division, Canadian High Commission, and Maria Monteiro, Press and Cultural Attaché with the Embassy of Portugal.
Cristina-Narcisa Nita, First Secretary covering Media, PR and Politics with the Embassy of Romania, was elected President.
DPAAL was established in 2010 as a forum for Press Attachés to network with each other as well as with the British media.
