The economy goes from bad to worse, friends between a smile and frustration, soccer to the lowest point, Federer from bad to worse and only the concerts are good but this all there is. Inspiration is just a drop in the ocean of everyday life, like a distant memory. As if the joy, the dancing and the singing were stolen from me.
And suddenly yesterday evening I rediscovered joy, I sang, I danced and I felt beautiful. And all this thanks to the ARK Festival. Thanks to Ska Bangies, Panos Mouzourakis, Leonidas Balafas, the terrific Burger project, and, above all, thanks to Locomondo and the happy faces around me. I thank them for reminding me that besides the euro, theres "afro", and besides large stadiums, somewhere, a vacant lot is located for the goals of our lives.
Not only they reminded me that the weather doesnt get cold in Greece, but also that it never did! I drunk, I danced, I waterfought, I sang. It has been a while since I felt real fun and the same for thousands of people around me.
I know some will say 'what are you talking about Kyfonidi? "And they could be right. But I had a nice time. Is that ok?
