Luxury in a Venetian mansion of the 17th century. This building belonged to an Italian aristocrat. The new owners turned it into a hotel, kept its aristocratic atmosphere and luxury alive. It is all decorated simply but with antique furniture, to match the marble and wood of the mansion. All rooms are big and most of them overlook at the beautiful yard of the hotel. It is a small, extremely comfortable hotel at the old port of Hania, which we recommend.

Only suitable for travelers who want to come closer to nature and are not looking for luxury. Located far from civilization in a privately owned forest, Milia is a place for an ecologist's vacation. The 12 buildings, where visitors are accommodated, are of stone and furnished with furniture made of ecological material. The perfect place for people who want to feel close to mother nature and eat, sleep and drink in the ecological way. Please don't visit Milia if you are looking only for comfort and luxury because you won't find it here.

The gardens are a unique attraction of this establishment, since they are 40 acres full of trees, with waterfalls, and a small zoo on the way to the beach. Enjoy the fresh fish served at the tavern next to the beach.

One of the oldest resorts in Crete, recently renovated. The new Cretan decor following its renovation, gave Creta Maris a new crisp look. All the rooms and bungalows have nice view of the sea and the surrounding gardens. This is another establishment that can hold big conferences, since the conference center has a capacity of more than 2.500 people. The outdoor cinema-theater shows international movies every night.

A bungalows and villa resort. In a good location, surrounded by green gardens that lead to a fantastic beach. It was renovated last year. All rooms are large, the villas have their own pool and either a balcony or a garden with nice view. The presidential suites are impressive, since they are 235 m2 and better equipped than most ordinary houses. There are also four very large swimming pools, one with a 45 meter water slide for the great joy of children and grownups.

A great resort, with one of the best spas in the country. It is a good place to relax, treat your face and body, and unwind. Choose one of the many programs, the thalasso-therapy (seawater therapy) offered and let yourself relax at the experienced hands of the staff. The resort is built right next to the beach. The buildings all follow the island's architecture and the whole place looks like a very well-organized, beautiful village. The rooms are all large, with wide comfortable beds, double bathtubs, double showers, small balconies, and view either to the pools, or to the small gardens.

The best resort in Greece and one of the best in Europe. Just ask for anything you desire, may this be food, a helicopter to take you around, or a jaguar to drive you to a sailing boat, to take you sailing for a couple of hours, and you will get it. There is a certain price for everything, but the unbelievable luxury and service of this hotel are worth it. One would think that after almost 30 years of operation, this establishment could be worn down, but it is shinier and better looking every year that goes by, because it is perfectly maintained all year round.
It has 14 different types of rooms, with the smaller ones being the standard ones in the main building (30 m2) and the larger ones being the 3 king suites (540 m2 each), with amenities such as private gym, private in and outdoor pool, hamam, Jacuzzi, piano, fax, PC, fully equipped bar and kitchen. The service is exceptional, no matter which type of room you pick, or what time of the day you need something. The location is exceptional, with 25 acres of lawns reaching right to the beach.

It was the first luxury hotel that opened in the area and it is still holding on, despite strong competition, because of its beauty. It is located right on the beach with some of the VIP rooms literally getting wet from the sea. Scattered around, in the public rooms and the paths between the main building and the bungalows, there are works of art that make the hotel look like an outdoor gallery. The service is excellent and the international restaurant "La Bouillabaisse" is known for its cuisine and its beautiful environment.
